Meditation Group

On the first and third Tuesday of every month I run a meditation group from Bee Yoga in Sedgley. In this class you will:


  • Learn to relax
  • Lear breathing techniques
  • Use creative visualisations
  • Experience Crystal meditation
  • Experience aligning the chakras
  • Experience chanting and kundalini meditation
  • Become more centred and aligned
  • Enhance your own self-care and well-being

Meditation can help:
  • Reduce stress
  • Reduce anxiety
  • Reduce blood pressure
  • With focus
  • You to put yourself first
  • You to connect with your intuition and inner guidance system.

The class runs for one hour and is broken down into two parts. The first part is full relaxation and the second is whatever the theme for the week will be.

£7 per class. Spaces are limited and if you have problems with hips etc. please bring a pillow, as we are sitting on yoga mats.
